The fifth annual Middle East Bunkering Convention organised by Petrospot will take place on 3-6 February 2020 in the Hilton, Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai. 
 
The forum will provide a platform for discussion about the key challenges facing the region’s marine fuels sector following the IMO 2020 regulations, as well as the opportunities for established and emerging ports and industry players.
 
Cockett Group`s  CEO, Cem Saral will present his views as keynote speaker in`` The Bigger Picture – Adapting to IMO 2020 in Challenging Times Session`` at 9 AM on Wednesday, 5th February 2020.
