Cockett Group will have a significant presence at the Middle East Bunkering Convention (MEBC) when it returns for its eighth year in Dubai. Hosted at the Hilton Dubai, Jumeirah Beach, MEBC takes place between 7-9 February 2023.

MEBC 2023 will pick up where the 2022 event left off, with a look at how the energy landscape has changed since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and then look to the future, with top level speakers offering their perspectives on sanctions, compliance, disrupted commodity and energy flows, shipping markets, and the outlook for energy security.

On the subject of speakers, Cem Saral, CEO, will be providing the keynote speech for the convention, starting at 9:00 am on Wednesday 8 February. Furthermore, Colin Holloway, Global Head – Technical, also speaks on Thursday 9 February in Session Five – ‘Realising Potential: New market opportunities in changing times’, followed by a Q&A.
